A patched version of the cairo graphics library (https://cairographics.org/) with a couple of fixes not yet in mainline:
- cairo-quartz-image-create_with_cgimage.patch new function to create a quartz image surface from a cgimageref directly (no need to copy bits everytime).
- cairo-quartz-image-missing-reference.patch fixes a missing reference in cairo issue 420 fix.
- cairo-quartz-surface 10.14 retina scaling.patch: fixes pattern scaling issues on Retina displays with Mac OS SDK 10.14 and newer.
- cairo-quartz-image colorspace.patch: adds the ability to specify a color space for the CGImageRef associated with the quartz surface. Speeds up image rendering on recent versions of Mac OS when using the same color space as the target surface (20% faster).
- cairo-win32-private.h.patch: temp fix for https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94836
- build-cairo-gl-win.patch and cairo-wgl-context.c.patch: build cairo with gl support on Windows (experimental)
- cairo-win32-device-leak.patch: fixing a memory leak with cairo_device on Windows (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67171).
- cairo-scaled-font.c.patch: fixing lifecycle issue with system fonts because of cairo's internal mru cache (see this discussion https://lists.cairographics.org/archives/cairo/2016-April/027349.html)
