There are some bugs related to h265, but overall it's working on the vehicle.
- H265 MAVLink advertisement URI is wrong mavlink/mavlink-camera-manager#453
- Thumbnail is not working for H265 mavlink/mavlink-camera-manager#454
On the BlueOS side, we need to add support for the "udp265" thing
