This is a pre-release because the transparency work isn't 100% fixed. TheBombSquad is also the most recent maintainer so his releases would be the more official place.

• Fixed an issue with importing a CMPR textures where a pixel block with partial transparency would have no transparent pixels.
• Changed so that a pixel block is considered an alpha block if 3 pixels are transparent instead of 4.
