The codebox project is intended as a repository of methods and functions I develop and/or implement for my research (in biomedical informatics). I intend it as a free resource for R users. You are free to use the scripts, modify or adapt them for your needs and I encourage you to share you suggestions and improvements.

I have a whole bunch of functions in my library that I plan to release... Just need to find time.

slopegraph

The Tufte slopegraph was covered in charliepark blog and generated a lot of traffic.

I coded a new slopegraph function this afternoon. It can now handle more than 2 measurements slopegraph.r

TODO: handle overlapping labels in margins intelligently by keeping graph integrity.
