Deploy to local node

1. npm run build - compile protocol contracts
2. npm run node - start local node
3. npm run deploy - deploy protocol contracts to local node
4. npm run console - start truffle console

Deploy to testnet

Add .env file with content:

MNENOMIC = "tape *** boss"
INFURA_API_KEY = "03***8a"
