This updates Homie to the latest stable v2.x version, as well as fixes problems with deep sleep.

The MQTT messages have also been renamed:

• <root>/<device>/temperature/degrees becomes <root>/<device>/temperature/value
• <root>/<device>/humidity/percentage becomes <root>/<device>/humidity/value

Note that I'll no longer be providing binaries.
