Roadmap

• Get the basic billing logic going.
• GUI to bill someone with a nice paper-like preview.
• GUI to view player's bills.
• Ability to bill a job (Not sure if possible on frameworks, i'll see..)
• Integration with different resources from both ESX and QB.
