Cannot load Argo up in Excel #37
Comments
Had the same error trying to install Argo 4.1.3 on Excel x64 version 2012, build 13530.20440. |
I too am having this issue on Office 365, although I have not tried on earlier releases. I have tried everything I could find from searching possible fixes, but nothing have worked for me so far. @bernie-rod, @Phelpsu, have any of you found a solution? |
You will need to install the 64 bit version of Argo. Download it here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bah-argo/releases/Argo-4.1.3x64-Setup.exe |
Just installed EXCEL 2021 and ARGO is not running...please help!! |
I don't think this is working...or i'm getting something wrong |
If you are seeing the error message from the original post, as mentioned by @todd-skinner you most likely need the 64 bit version of Argo. The final release of Argo is now available on GitHub at: https://github.com/boozallen/argo/releases |
thanks soo much

Hi I installed Argo and followed all the steps to load the add-on to excel but it doesn't seem to work. After adding it to Excel the ribbon called "Argo" does not show up and when I exit out of Excel and come back in I get this error message.
I clicked yes on the prompt but it just opened up the file to a series of characters of which I do not understand.
Is this because I'm running Office 365?
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
