This should result in less dependabot PRs in the future since it combines minor version updates and patches into a single dependabot PR.

However, there will still be separate PRs for:

production dependency updates (e.g. OZ contracts) for all update types (major, minor, patch)
major dev-depenency updates
dependabot security updates (this is how groups work: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/dependabot/dependabot-version-updates/configuration-options-for-the-dependabot.yml-file#groups)
