0.2.0: Apply common k8s labels to all created resources

Issue or Feature Request:

The kubernetes documentation lists the set of common labels applied to objects here. We should ensure all brupop objects carry those labels, to allow customers to easily manage the set of objects associated with brupop in their cluster.

We do have some of these labels defined in our models package here, but we aren't consistently applying them to everything.

It might be worth creating a function or macro to apply sensible values for these to our resources, as well as functionality (perhaps in yamlgen?) to ensure that all objects have some of these values set.
