Description of changes:
This release includes Rust 1.49.0 and Go 1.15.6. It also includes the qemu-img utility for converting raw disk images to different formats.
Testing done:
Built the aws-k8s-1.18 variant on x86_64 and aarch64 hosts, for both targets. Verified that nodes came up successfully and that conformance tests pass.
Built the aws-ecs-1 variant and confirmed I could run a task with the ECS CLI.
