Description of changes:
This includes a fix for systemd segfaults. It also changes our upstream source to the systemd-stable project, which provides backported fixes for systemd releases.
Testing done:
Tested
aws-devunder QEMU, confirmed that the startup sequence was normal, no new errors. Ran a Docker container, it came up fine.Working on more extensive testing for Kubernetes and ECS.
