Exclude the generated PHAR from the collected files

If the following command is run twice:

bin/box compile --working-dir fixtures/check-requirements/fail-complete

The second time it will fail complaining about the index.phar expected to exist. I guess the finder collects all the files including the index.phar which is removed afterwards (because will be replaced by the new one). So besides the main script, the generated artefact should also be excluded
