Update mini build for small system partition device.

BREAKING CHANGE:

  • Android 14 is still in the initial stage, so bugs are expected.

Known bugs:

  • Theme can't change with root user if using dirty update. Temporary fix: add a temporary user: Settings > system > multiple users > add user. Then change the theme color. After that remove it in "multiple users"
