This PR addresses the problem discussed in BIDS specification 1894.
Users now have the option on the Series Mapping page to check a box (at top) which will use the BIDS URI format for IntendedFor mapping. As of BIDS specifcation version 1.9.0, this is the expected format, though users can leave this checkbox blank (default) to conform to the BIDS 1.x mapping convention.
