Description
Fix bugs in the
connectmodule and CompleteFixedTotalNumclass. And two more functions(coo2mat_num, mat2mat_num) forFixedTotalNumto get the connection number matrix.Now FixedTotalNum has
allow_multi_connparameter, you can choose to build connection which is not allow multiple connections between two neurons(It used to be allow it by default)How Has This Been Tested
Add two unit test in
test_random_conn.py(test_random_fix_total1, test_random_fix_total2)
