Currently, this package provides the minor modes proj-persp-extras-mode
and
proj-persp-tracking-mode
.
The former mode activates the latter mode, along with an adjusted version of
projectile-switch-project-by-name
that doesn’t pre-load dir-locals files
when called.
The proj-persp-tracking-mode
minor mode creates a nearly one-to-one
correspondence between projectile
projects and persp-mode
perspectives.
This means that projectile
commands will always use the project associated
with the current perspective, instead of–for example–the project associated
with the current buffer or directory.
More specifically, it wraps the functions projectile-project-name
and
projectile-project-root
and makes them return their perspective-specific
values.
Currently, the perspective names must correspond to a full projectile root
directory (e.g. obtained using file-name-as-directory
and expand-file-name
).
Just enable the minor mode:
(proj-persp-extras-mode +1)
