Description

Found while testing #15038
Manual proxy setup doesn't work in Windows OS's

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find the description from [Security] DNS Leak appears with HTTP Proxy #15038 (comment)

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

NA

Version/Channel Information:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? NA

Miscellaneous Information:

It's a windows OS limitation, logged an issue in case if any user run into this issue.
