Leo AI chat code formatting is not rendering properly

Description

When generating response, the code is not rendering in code format. instead it is showing ```

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Leo
2. Ask anything which requires a code sample
3. Leo responds in ``` but instead of converting the text inside, it shows literally the characters.

Actual result:

All the time

Looks like it to me; either way, once we start implementing, we'll be testing across the various supported models.
