Description:

Filecoin EVM Testnet should be shown with the Goerli testnet and Sepolia testnet, not in the Secondary Networks list.

Add Filecoin EVM Testnet to supported test networks list, fix logic so it shows under Ethereum category with other EVM test networks.

Verification passed on the following devices running 1.53 (23.7.6.16)

  • Verified steps from #7584
  • Verified Filecoin EVM testnet is listed under test network along with other test networks
  • Verified Filecoin EVM testnet is not listed under Secondary network
