Escaping from fullscreen video leaves the browser in fullscreen mode instead of returning to windowed mode.

Describe the issue you encountered:
When starting in windowed mode, I selected the fullscreen mode for a video stream. I then used the 'esc' key to leave fullscreen mode.

Expected behavior:
The view should returned to windowed mode as it did pre-0.11.6

  1. Visit twitch.tv/adobe
  2. Select the fullscreen option on the video controller
  3. After the video becomes fullscreen, use the 'esc' key.
