BSL v2.2 (2024-03-04)

This release makes the Business Simulation Library (BSL) comply with and declare dependency on Modelica Standard Library v4.0.0. This build is targeted at Open Modelica and other tools that do not offer custom unit definitions. It has been tested to work with OMEdit v1.23.0-dev as of April 3, 2024 and the use of nightly builds is strongly recommended until v1.23.0 has been officially released. A dedicated release for Wolfram System Modeler (v2.2.0-wsm) can be found here.
