This change, handles few scenarios

Output a message when creating cluster is successful.
Error message when user tries to run example again without running cleanup. API receives virtual_cluster_name_duplicate response.
Error message when WARPSTREAM_API_KEY is invalid
Other unexpected errors from create_virtual_cluster api
