Implements the chipher logic for HDCP. Needs key inputs provided by host, see https://github.com/bunnie/netv2-derive_km and https://github.com/bunnie/netv2-fpga-hdcp-snoop for related blocks.
It's tested to work with Vivado 2016.1.
