           NeTV2 SoC based on LiteX

[> Getting started
------------------
1. Install Python3 and your vendor's software

2. Obtain LiteX and install it:
  git clone https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litex --recursive
  cd litex
  python3 setup.py develop
  cd ..

3. Obtain LiteDRAM and install it:
  git clone https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litedram
  cd litedram
  python3 setup.py develop
  cd ..

4. Obtain LitePCIe and install it:
  git clone https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litepcie
  cd litepcie
  python3 setup.py develop
  cd ..

5. Obtain LiteVideo and install it:
  git clone https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litevideo
  cd litedram
  python3 setup.py develop
  cd ..

6. Build the gateware and software:
  make netv2_base/netv2_pcie/netv2_video
  make load

UART:     OK
PCIe:     OK (X1)
DDR3:     OK
HDMI_OUT: OK (with DVI up to 1080p60)
HDMI_IN:  OK (with DVI up to 1080p60)

NeTV2-MVP:
UART:       OK
PCIe:       OK (X2)
DDR3:       OK
HDMI_OUT_0: OK
HDMI_IN_0:  OK (with DVI up to 1080p60)
HDMI_OUT_1: OK
HDMI_IN_1:  OK (with DVI up to 1080p60)
