Added new events to prepare future changes.

The following events will be triggered after a file was stored/removed from a storage backend.

* FileStorage.afterStoreFile
* FileStorage.afterDeleteFile

You can listen to them to do image processing or other post processing there or flag them for processing or whatever else you want.
