We're adding a new variable 'GENPIPES_INIS' to access the config files used in commands. This is to make the usage a bit more streamlined and remove the reference to MUGQIC, which is outdated. The old variable will still be accessible and is still in use for instructions on how to deploy genpipes locally, in the cloud, or in a container.
