Client updates [archiving support] #208

This PR brings cabal-cli in line with the upstream cabal-client changes outlined in cabal-club/cabal-client#73 cabal-club/cabal-client#69

The changes:

moderation commands can now be applied on a channel-by-channel basis, in addition to a cabal-wide basis
events emitted from cabal-client wrt slash-commands have had a slightly changed structure, which this PR adds support for
added support for displaying channel archiving & unarchiving events
