This is an alternative to #80 using the flag approach that landed in materialized-group-auth 2.0.0. This approach streamlines much of the handling and supports blocks, hides, mutes, as well as other flags that might be required depending on the user feedback for moderation.
Instead of dedicated methods for block()/unblock() etc, you can add and remove arbitrary flags with setFlags()/addFlags()/removeFlags().
