This script makes it to where you can setup a ESP8266 with a DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor and send the data to a Influx database. You can then graph the data with Grafana to view the history of the temperature.

I am going to put the temperature probe in my freezer so I can monitor the temperature. Just drill a hole carefully through the freezer and silicone the hole shut when you are done. The hole does not need to be much bigger than the probe.
