Transit Bunching & Gtfs Digest Portfolio

• GTFS Portfolio: responded to Juan's request for aggregated metrics on an agency level. I took his request and added it as a new section in the portfolio. However, the metrics are currently calculated at the end of the pipeline and I will need to rework my code so these aggregated metrics are calculated in the middle.
• Transit Bunching: filtered dataframe for peak time periods to find frequent routes. Continued experimenting with timestamps, which is difficult since there are some 12am-4am trips that are recorded from the day prior to the service_date. Incorporated feedback from Eric and Katrina.
