traffic ops / hqta

  • HQTA: update BRT filtering to reflect LA Metro's G and J lines (previously Orange and Silver Lines)
  • update download scripts of scheduled trips data to take trip_instance_key
  • Epic - Open Data Publishing 2023 #544

speeds

  • update download scripts to take trip_instance_key
  • since fct_vehicle_locations is now clustered on service_date, update the concatenate_vehicle_positions script to just concatenate across batches, but don't need to filter for activity date.
  • change the order in which stop_times, trips, stops, and shapes are assembled in prep_stop_segments
  • make changes in script with groupbys (if categorical shows up, it inflates the df, prevent that)
  • clean up logs, keep only 2023 entries
  • get 2 open data outputs -- submit another open data portal request to get it from internal site to public-facing (ask Emma from Chad's group)
