  • Upgrade devcontainer to Python 3.11
  • Fix devcontainer syntax, extensions, build process
  • Simplify on pyproject.toml exclusively
  • Better coverage reporting
  • Bump library version for coming release

Was able to rebuild and open the devcontainer with this setup
