Also fixes "Intermittent crashing when testing against iOS Simulators." calabash/calabash-ios#582 by removing the offending code.
There was at least one case (see discussion above) where the test environment was Xcode 6.1 and iOS 8.1 and setting a token in the NSUserDefaults defaults did not work.
