Release of v0.5.0 which should include new features on top of v0.4.0. Issues under this milestone should be feature requests. A bug fix should only be added here if the solution will take longer to complete, and is expected to be completed at the same time as the release of v0.5.0 (e.g. bugs that are reported near finalization of v0.5.0).
