Description
Allow users self setting token counter from ModelFactory. If not set, OpenAITokenCounter(ModelType.GPT_3_5_TURBO) will be used as default (except for Lite LLM, as LiteLLMTokenCounter is not a subclass with BaseTokenCounter)
