Use secrets from different location

Description

The repository will be moved from the camunda-cloud organisation to the camunda organisation. The secrets we use have been made available under a different path to reflect this move.
We should use this location before the actual move. After the move the old secrets will be deleted.

Definition of Done

Not all items need to be done depending on the issue and the pull request.

Code changes:

• The changes are backwards compatibility with previous versions
• If it fixes a bug then PRs are created to backport the fix
