[DPE-2528] Migrate provider (#244)

## Issue
Charmed MongoDB is not using the features for relations provided by the
`data_interfaces` lib

## Solution
Refactor current provider to use the features of DatabaseProvides. Used
[postgres as an
example](canonical/postgresql-operator#15)
