This module contains functions for binary string (called stream) processing in
erlang.

example:

   %% Return <<"lo Wo">>
   stream:sub_stream(<<"Hello World">>, 4, 8).

   %% Return <<"Hello">>
   stream:strip(<<"...Hello.....">>, both, $.).
