Outdated component documentation was removed from the component repo in carbon-design-system/carbon#5277. Most of this info is surfaced on the style tab and is easier to maintain via the website. This removes the
ComponentDocscomponent and all associated files. These were causing errors when updating to Carbonv10.10.0cc @vpicone @joshblack
