Update installing-cardano-wallet.md (#372)

Hi, I think there was a small typo in the command `cp -p "dist-newstyle/build/x86_64-linux/ghc-8.10.4/cardano-wallet-2021.9.9/x/cardano-wallet/build/cardano-wallet/cardano-wallet" $HOME/.local/bin/` which I don't think was updated to the `cardano-wallet version` v2021-09-09. Warm regards, Simon
