: An optional parameter. When used, supply an argument with a file name (without ".fcs" extension) to define the third gate boundaries. Uses kde contours to identify the negative population without extreme outliers, and then applies the same gate to all other samples in the folder f-g

: An optional argument: one uses log transform on the first gate for the unorthodox FETCH template
