Ruby / Sinatra Simple REST API (MySQL & SQLite)

This is a quick RESTful API created to try out Sinatra with Ruby. This example uses either a SQLite in memory database or a local MySQL database. If you are using MySQL, make sure to create the database prior to running this.

Usage

1. Clone repo

git clone https://github.com/caroseuk/simple-ruby-api.git

2. Run bundler to install required Ruby gems.

bundle install

3. Once completed successfully, run the API by running ruby application.rb

ruby application.rb
