I am using it on Wndows and there are two windows in a row that open each time I load s subtitle file. One is for onedrive and one asks me each time which format encoding for the sub to choose. I find them very annoying.

Hi, I don't think I can help you with the onedrive window, but for the encoding one, it is mentioned in #9. You may want to Google for solutions about disabling onedrive popups.
