- remove "yaml:" struct field tags; our YAML is being processed through sigs.k8s.io/yaml (which performs (un)marshaling through the JSON parser, not directly through go-yaml/yaml.
... to make the meta section easier to read (by making more clear what
type each entry in the meta).
Also, fixes `remoteUrl` ==> `remoteURL`
All of the information being stored in the "metas" section are information about the sourcing of each image. The term "source" however, is already used in this domain to mean a configuration from which an image is produced from sources. Origin is a softer claim than provenance; the latter of which is generally taken to mean provable.
