I have no desire to impose any restrictions whatsoever on anyone who wants to use my code. So, the requirement of the MIT and Apache licenses that the license be included with copies of the software is unacceptable. I would just use the WTFPL, but it includes no warranty disclaimer, so I'm going to offer just as CC0 going forward.
