Launchdarkly SDK 5 has reached EOL. This PR upgrades LD to version 6 and a subsequent PR will upgrade it to version 7. I didn't want to jump two major versions at once so doing this one version at a time.
Note: In order to use version 6 of the SDK, any consumers who use a relay-proxy instead of talking to LD directly, will also have to upgrade their ld-relay to version 7+.
