These targets are not tested. According to the native target policy, it is okay to publish untested tier 3 targets (androidNative and watchosDeviceArm).
LinuxArm64 is target tier 2, but there is no driver (yet): touchlab/SQLiter#100
Some build script workarounds are needed due to #4257
