Welcome to the wiki for Item Descriptions! This mod adds a unique description tooltip to all items, alongside support for modded items through generic descriptions and resource packs.

By default, all vanilla items are supported, but if you want to add more descriptions to modded blocks, or get started with custom descriptions, this is where to be!

For Modders
