Purpose of change

This fixes some goofs with the survivor belt item and recipe.

Describe the solution

1. Removed the redundant extra tool belt from the recipe. The ability to use a toolbelt as an alternative to the other pouch items was kept in though.
2. Updated description to account for how it now holds multiple tools and not just a single knife.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Also allowing it to holster pistols for the lulz?
